Delivery and Shipping

We use Royal Mail as our chosen delivery company.

We only ship to the UK as we made the decision from the start that we wanted to cut down our carbon emissions by only shipping within our country. If you are from abroad and are wanting to order from us we recommend you have a look in your country for any zero waste stores and online shops first. A lot of countries have zero waste stores now which is great to hear. However if you really are struggling then we can arrange shipping aboard. Please email us thoughtfulwaysuk@gmail.com and we can discuss it further.

We have made our shipping costs the best they can be. Royal Mail have been changing their costs and pricing so this is the best financially for us at the moment. We do aim for a quick delivery turn around with every order.

First class (after dispatch); £4.99

FREE DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND OVER £50

If your order is placed before 12 noon, it will be dispatched the same day. If after 12, it will be dispatched the next day.

We do not post over the weekend so if you order after 12 on a Friday your parcel will not be posted till the Monday, same goes with Saturday and Sunday orders.

Free collection from Thoughtful Ways HQ

We offer free local collection for local customers. You are more than welcome to come and collect your order from my home. I live in Solihull, West Midlands B92. Please choose 'Free Collection From Solihull' at checkout. Once I have received your order I will email you with the email address you left in the checkout stage to arrange a collection time. It will tend to be around 1 to 2 days. We can then discuss a time to collect and I will disclose Thoughtful Ways HQ address.
