Returns and Refunds
At Thoughtful Ways we aim to only provide you with the best products on the market. All of our products will always meet and exceed our main ethics; vegan, natural, cruelty free, plastic free, zero waste and sustainable. We really hope that you enjoy your products from Thoughtful Ways and want to continue on your journey of sustainability. However we do understand if something isn't right or you change your mind once receiving. We are confident in the way we package our orders to keep fragile items intact but if somehow they have been damaged we apologise and we will sort the matter out straight away.
14 days return time slot:
We can only offer a 14 days appeal time for a refund unfortunately, if any orders have exceeded this we won't be able to accept them.
Policy on returns and refunds:
We can only give a full refund if all products are unopened, unused and presented the exact same way as they were delivered, including their original packaging. If this is the case then please contact us at email@example.com and we will processed with the refund.
If your products have been delivered damaged or faulty then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of delivery with photographic evidence with the email subject as 'DELIEVERY DAMAGE REFUND'.
We can not refund your item if its a personalized item, jewellery, intimate items, food or sanitary items.
As zero waste products have very little packaging, we do not accept refunds of our toiletries and beauty products where there is not a seal which shows it hasn't been opened or tampered with. There are only a small selection of our products that actually include a tamper seal, so when ordering from us please take into consideration that if you decide once receiving your order that you have changed your mind, you are unlikely to qualify for a refund.
A receipt/proof of order will need to be shown on your behalf to be approved for a refund.
If your refund request is approved after we have received your returned parcel and inspected it, you will get an email to say we have approved it and will proceed with the refund. As we are a small business, we are unable to cover the return postal charges and the delivery charge that you paid at the checkout when you first ordered, we are sorry about that. You will however have a complete refund on the actual products you bought.
If your refund request was declined then we will inform you of that and an explanation as to why via email.
Your refund will be refunded back into your original method of payment within 10 days.
When your returning your item (once approved), please email us for the address of the returning location.
